Yuuuuge!
The Argo Taurus. These things are huge! Powered by a 650cc Briggs Boxer engine?
What’s not to love?

Found a negative. Automatic trans only. But it’s like a snowmobile CVT so..

If memory serves, there used to be a Briggs & Stratton plant near the Argo plant up here in Canuckistan. I am not 100% on it being B&S however. The Argo plant is still running, but not the mower plant.

Leave it to Argo to make something so ridiculously awesome.

So this is a Canadian creation?
Makes sense.

Odd stuff. This is like the Polaris Trikes. Both are built more like a Snowmobile than bike.

When I start my new employer recommended diet.. I won’t know what to do with all the extra space I’ve built into my life.

I just did some quick research, it sounds like a nice machine. http://www.taurus650.com/about.html

It does!
But 16hp from a 650? I wonder about torque..
My 200x is pushing 14 and the 350x was about 30 stock.

Back when they started it was a utility vehicle and the easiest power train for anyone to use is the snowmobile. No gears, thumb throttle, easy maintenance.
I had way more fun on a Big Red though. And reverse was a nice option.

Judging by what it says it was built for pulling and towing. I bet it is a torque monster.
